Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. ELIGIBILITY & APPLICATION

Wholesale accounts are available to registered businesses only, including retail stores, spas, boutiques, gift shops, and similar establishments. By submitting a wholesale application, you confirm that you are purchasing products for resale or professional use, not personal consumption. Straight Arrow Farms reserves the right to approve or decline any wholesale application at its sole discretion.

2. CONFIDENTIALITY OF PRICING

By receiving Straight Arrow Farms' wholesale price list or any related pricing information, the applicant agrees to keep all pricing, discount structures, minimum order requirements, and terms strictly confidential. This information is provided solely for the purpose of evaluating or maintaining a wholesale relationship and may not be shared with third parties, reproduced, or used for any other purpose without prior written consent from Straight Arrow Farms.

3. MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS

  • Opening order minimum: $250 CAD
  • Reorder minimum: $65 CAD
  • Minimums apply to the subtotal before shipping and taxes

4. PRICING & CURRENCY

  • All wholesale prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
  • Wholesale pricing is exclusive to approved wholesale accounts and may not be combined with retail promotions or discount codes

5. PAYMENT TERMS

  • New accounts and established: Payment due at time of order (or upon fulfillment)
  • Accepted payment methods: credit card, e-transfer, or as otherwise agreed in writing
  • Overdue accounts may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month and suspension of wholesale privileges

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders ship from Alberta, Canada via Canada Post or other carriers at Straight Arrow Farms' discretion
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the wholesale buyer unless otherwise agreed
  • Straight Arrow Farms is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier
  • International orders (including USA): The buyer is responsible for all applicable duties, customs fees, and import taxes

7. LEAD TIMES & ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are typically processed within 6 weeks or less
  • Handmade products may require additional lead time; you will be notified if your order will be delayed beyond the standard window
  • Rush orders may be accommodated at an additional fee, subject to availability

8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Straight Arrow Farms does not accept returns on wholesale orders except in the case of defective products
  • Claims for defective goods must be submitted within 5 business days of receipt, with photographic evidence
  • Approved claims will be resolved via replacement or store credit at Straight Arrow Farms' discretion

9. RESALE RESTRICTIONS

Wholesale products may be resold through your approved retail location(s) or website. The following are not permitted without prior written approval:

  • Resale on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.)
  • Resale to other wholesalers or distributors
  • Significant alteration or repackaging of products

10. BRAND & MARKETING GUIDELINES

  • Wholesale partners are encouraged to use Straight Arrow Farms' provided product photography and descriptions
  • Products must be represented accurately and in alignment with the brand's natural, artisanal positioning
  • Please tag us on social media: @straightarrowfarms on instagram & @straightarrowsoap on facebook— we love to reshare our stockists!

11. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Straight Arrow Farms reserves the right to terminate a wholesale account at any time for breach of these terms, non-payment, or conduct inconsistent with the brand's values. Upon termination, any outstanding balances become immediately due.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
